| here is our first ultra sound it does show the due date and all. I am way stoked... ♥ |
I saw and met my doctor for the first time last Wednesday (November 23, 2011). She was worried about if my due date was correct or not (because I am so small especially at 11 weeks along) So she brought in the portable ultrasound machine, and low and behold my due date was just one day off. (I am really due on June 13, 2012.)
My doctor also said that everything so far has looked either "great" or "fantastic!" so that's always a plus especially since this is my first pregnancy. I think that John is slowly but surely getting to the point where he may be getting excited as well. He has asked my mother if she would make him and his two brothers a Dallas Cowboy's bibs. So that's a start right? He even said last night that he isn't thrilled with the situation but he cant wait to hold our child. So that's great! I am really glad that he is coming around ♥
He also thinks we'll be having a boy (which I would love to have, but he has already chosen the name without really asking me if I had any specific names I would like to name a boy if we were to have one.) But I am also secretly wanting a girl, only because we haven't entirely chosen a name for a girl if we do have one. So if we have a girl, I'll at least have a say in the name.
